Hi-Tech Building Systems Corporation («HTBS») was founded in 1998 in Toronto, Canada.

The company's activities include the following main lines of business:
- designing, producing and marketing the state-of-the-art building systems, including ICF, ensuring the fastest and cheapest way for erecting of high-quality and energy-efficient houses; and
- delivering on the turn key terms the technology and plants for producing those systems. .

The company is developing and offering to its customers a set of innovative building systems designed on the basis of a technological concept known under the name of ArmopanelR . The Armopanel family of products includes the following systems:
- System for erecting of monolithic concrete floors - Armodeck;
- Systems for erecting of insulating concrete walls - StripPanel, Double StripPanel, FormLinerPanel, SkinPanel, TexturePanel;
- Wall systems for post-beam structured buildings - Postbeampanel;
- The last generation of Insulating Concrete Forms: FormPanel and FootPanel;
- Structural Insulated Panel - ArmoSIPanel;
- Construction accessories (bracers, scaffolding, etc).

HTBS is a worldwide leader in designing and delivering the panelized type of ICF for walls and floors. For the first time in the world practice the company offers principally new building systems with removable polystyrene boards, StripPanel and FormLinerPanel , as well as their modifications. Using such systems customers can erect walls with the open smooth concrete surfaces.

The company’s management has extensive experience in the monolithic construction and promotion of leading-edge technologies on the world market. The President of the company, Mr. Leon Bravinski, having more than 30 years of experiences in construction industry and taking managerial positions in several companies, heads R & D and designing works.

The company's manufacturing facilities are located in Great Toronot Area (Ontario, Canada). In order to meet the growing demand for Armopanel systems, HTBS has set about building of a new plant with a much bigger capacity, in the same area. It is planned to run the new plant in 2006.

To the overseas markets where delivering Armopanel systems directly from Toronto requires high transportation costs, the company offers on the turn-key basis the plant for manufacturing the systems. This offering includes a number of options depending on the buyers' requirements and financial capabilities.
